A selection of Lauri Viita’s poetry to be published in Russian

Book Centre Rudomino Publisher has acquired the right to publish a selection of Lauri Viita’s poems in a bilingual edition, both in Russian and in Finnish. The poems are selected from the collections Betonimylläri (Concrete Mixer, WSOY 1947), Käppyräinen, (Crooked, WSOY 1954) and Suutarikin suuri viisas (And the Cobbler, Great Wise Man , WSOY 1961). The Russian translations are by Marina Kienja.
