Pauliina Susi

Pauliina Susi is a versatile writer who has published numerous crime novels and a non-fiction title about the work of private detectives. She has a master’s degree in political science and has previously worked as a journalist for several Finnish publications.

Susi has won the Finnish Whodunnit society’s prize for the best Finnish crime novel of the year for Rear Window, part of her earlier crime thriller trilogy.

Readers and critics have fallen in love with her Tuulia Raja cozy crime series, which combines sparkling writing with tangled human relationships and murder mysteries. When the lively and happy-go-lucky forty-something flight attendant Tuulia finds herself unemployed, she ends up working as a private eye for a colorful old detective Rahkonen in her small hometown of Järvenpää.
